To launch Amazfit's new ambassador: one of the NFL’s most prolific running backs, Derrick Henry. We created a film rooted in a truth that both the athlete and the product share. Derrick Henry and the T-Rex 3 are Built Different.

Built Different is all about watching Derrick and the T. Rex in action. Focusing on Derricks' superhuman athletic abilities and physique. Every drill, every weight only makes him stronger, theres no slowing down.

We kept our foot on the gas for the still photography. Every shot is meant to feel dynamic or intimate. Creating tension between Derrick on and off the field. Showing the duality of his persona. We continue to tell the narrative of football by creating a surreal environment of a field with a backdrop.

My partner, Naomi Merlain, and I were involved from start to finish. Pitching the concept to the client, sharing it with Derricks' management, working with the client on set, and wrapping it up on post.
